Very frieny staff. As soon as I walked in the door, the cashier immediately asked if I needed help looking for anything. She helped me pick out the best product I needed for my cat, and she explained the directions.......just in case I didn't know how to administer his meds.
Our local store is wonderful. They are a great help to our community. I am glad to be able to buy supplies and toys for my pets at a nearby location, where everyone is so friendly, but most of all I love how they help the community by aiding in adoptions of cats fostered by Catoosa Citizens for Animal Care. This is a wonderful service.

I have been buying the same 30lb bag of food about every other month for 3 years. The only reason for coming here and paying $60 a bag is for the buy 10 get 1 free. The last time I went my purchases reset saying I only bought 1 bag instead of 5. Manager was very unhelpful. I have been wanting to try the grainfree food from Walmart or Aldi, now I have a reason. I will not be returning to Petsense.
Always friendly and helpful. Anna helps me with all my dog questions. I buy all my dog food and toys here. Karen grooms all 4 of my dogs and does a great job. So glad Ft.Oglethorpe has this great store.
