This is an excellent place to get dog and cat food, litter, and accessories. This is also a good place to find everything needed to start an aquarium or terrarium for fish, amphibians, or reptiles. You can also find rodent and bird cages, as well as a wide selection of pets to take home from the store. Skip Walmart and shop at a place where the staff cares about you and your pet.
I bought my baby girl Fiona a pretty pink sweater. They don't have alot to choose from
The selection is always what I expect, with new promotional items in rotation but the basic essentials always available. Supplements for my lizards are always easy to find here, and the staff is always prompt in assisting me with cricket purchases. It is also easy to find most of what I need for my fish, but it would be nicer if they had more selection and variety in aquatics and reptiles as they do in cats and dogs (not a store specific problem).
I have never had a problem at this store aside from it being short-staffed occasionally.
I love this store but it's never a staff member in the areas of the store where you need the most assistance. I always have to bother the staff members at the register just to get help. Please always have a person working near the sea creatures and reptiles. Appreciate it in advance.
I wouldn't give them one star. I have always shopped with Petco for my dog's food. The sales associate on 8/22/17 was Heather. I don't know who the manager's name I dealt with during my visit. I spent over $100, but bought a display dog cage and asked for some off since it was not working properly. I showed the manager. The manager would not answer me. She ignored me about the issue. They will not receive any of my business anymore after how much I spent with them.
Their grooming services are the best for the money. They do an excellent job.
The staff has always been courteous. I am a frequent customer and get recognized and treated well. I have been to Petcos where the staff were atrocious and even downright derogatory; this Petco team is absolutely wonderful. I am always helped, even if I may have to wait, and am able to get what I need and get out in a timely fashion.
