my family and i ate here because i won gift cards. this was our 1st time eating here. i can say its more or less just appetizer food for people that just want to drink. we had to order extra wings and fries to get full. 1st time and last time to come here. i dont like ordering separate items to make a meal to get full.
My husband and I went to watch the UFC fight. We arrived around 8:00pm and was told the wait for a table for two would be about 35-40 minutes. We stepped outside and waited among the other parties waiting for a table. Slowly the crowd around us disappeared and after waiting about an hour, I went inside to ask how much longer we should expect to wait. I was greeted by a very rude host who stated that he had paged us five times and circled the building twice in search for us. I stated that we had been standing right outside the front door and had not been paged nor had we seen this man walk outdoors. He rudely said "well, that is your fault, you must have gone out of range. You are off the list, nothing I can do about it". The employees were very rude, not accommodating, and made no effort to assist us in finding a table or making up for the mishap. Also, as we waited over an hour, we noticed many employees sneaking out of the patio door to take frequent smoke breaks then return to handling food without washing their hand. We will not be going back to this establishment and are very disappointed in how situations are handled at this location.
Great food clean establishment great service you know for a sports restaurant a little loud for my likings as far as the audio for the TVs are concerned especially when you walk in the door I ordered the Hickory pulled pork sandwich which was fresh to order with some nice cold slaw is very flavorful very good highly recommended their wings are great as well the only problem that I had with my experience tonight was a group of young girls that were being very loud and obnoxious and also when we were leaving that same group of girls were standing in the middle of the parking lot not wanting to move until we got right up on but overall it was a pretty good experience aside from that
Maybe I just order the wrong things? It’s loud, and not my personal choice of dining out. Takeout boneless wings are pretty good.
Kirsten, Cody, and Kyle were good servers. They worked together as team and checked on all their tables on the patio. When I come back I will personally ask for one of those three. The food was great also the drinks was made the way I like them.
