I hope he has not done this to other customers who do not have such a high tolerance for hot and spicy as I do.
I will NEVER eat there again!
I've always loved Firehouse, but I have never been treated so rudely by staff in my entire life. Tonight a staff member told me the store was closed 1.5 hours before closing time. He later offered me a sauce to try. Their hottest sauce, unbeknownst to me. My mouth was on fire to the point of pain. & I love hot stuff, so when I say I was in pain I mean it.
Welcome to Fort O, Firehouse Subs!! The sandwiches are so wonderful and the hot sauces are delicious! I'm going back again, y'all did awesome job making them sammiches and keep up the great work!
We eat lunch here pretty regularly. Consistently good food and PLENTY of it! The store is ALWAYS clean. But the best part.....the EMPLOYEES! They are friendly, polite, helpful and fun!!! I've never been disappointed here! If you haven't tried it, I highly recommend it - you won't be sorry.
Fresh food, good sweet tea. Tried a salad, it was fresh, however the lettuce was watery.
1st of all, it's Firehouse so you know it's good. It's the people here that make it spectacular. Always smiling, always friendly, they've even helped me get my food to the car when my hands were full. You can't put a price on that.
