My favorite stylist isnt there anymore it used to feel like home but now the atmosphere doesn't feel right...the stylists are passive aggressive and i just had to leave.
The staff is always helpful. I have been going now for over two years and have never had a bad experience with any of the staff nor had a bad haircut from them.
Went for my 1st visit,wanted to use a coupon I had for a simple haircut. I googled business hours & they claimed to be open until 8pm,front door also stated this. I came at 7pm,door was locked & the 1 hair dresser inside was finishing up 1 male customer.. Great clips NEVER locks their door this early! I've seen them take customers up until the last 15mins of being open. This was poor service.. Won't go back.
I had a great experience. LaSonya did a great job on my hair.
This is a hit or miss salon. You might get someone who cares and knows what they're doing but you might not. I've experienced both.
