She usually makes a very beautiful arrangement. But every time I order flowers for my wife..she ends up delivering them towards the end of the day. My wife only works 2 miles down the road from Gails. Today is our anniversary and they were supposed to be delivered by 11am. Its now 1pm and srill have yet to be delivered. I called Gails and she totally forgot about it. Will not use her again. No way to run a business.
